Using this website

You may use this website for lawful business purposes and to learn about or enquire about PS Solutions services. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, or use automated means that create an unreasonable load.

Services

PS Solutions provides Odoo ERP implementation, business-process automation, custom software, integrations, advisory, support, and related technology services. Website descriptions are general information—not a binding offer, guarantee, or complete project specification. Scope, outcomes, responsibilities, timing, and acceptance criteria are defined in the applicable project documents.

Proposals and project changes

A proposal or quotation is valid only for the period stated in it. Work begins after required approvals, information, access, and payments are received. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a written change, revised timeline, and additional fees. Estimates can change when assumptions, dependencies, or information supplied by the client change.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, timely decisions, qualified contacts, and authorized access needed for delivery.
• Maintain lawful rights to the data, software, accounts, and materials supplied to PS Solutions.
• Review deliverables and report issues within the review or acceptance period stated in the project agreement.
• Maintain appropriate backups, internal controls, and user access practices unless expressly included in our scope.

Fees and payment

Fees, taxes, invoicing dates, currencies, and payment milestones are set out in the applicable proposal or agreement. Unless that document says otherwise, invoices are due by their stated date. PS Solutions may pause work or access for overdue undisputed amounts after reasonable notice. Bank, platform, license, travel, and third-party costs are chargeable only as agreed.

Intellectual property

Each party retains ownership of materials, tools, know-how, trademarks, and intellectual property it owned before the engagement. Ownership or license rights for project deliverables are defined in the signed project documents and may depend on full payment. PS Solutions retains rights in reusable methods, frameworks, generic components, and experience that do not disclose the client’s confidential information or uniquely commissioned materials.

Third-party platforms

Odoo, cloud services, payment providers, messaging platforms, app stores, APIs, and other third-party products are governed by their own terms, availability, prices, and policies. PS Solutions is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, or decisions controlled by those providers, although we will address agreed integration responsibilities with reasonable care.

Confidentiality and data

Confidentiality, data-processing, security, and access obligations for a project are governed by its applicable agreement. Do not submit passwords, production credentials, financial account data, health data, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the public website forms. Our handling of website information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and warranties

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as available” basis and may contain errors or be interrupted. Project warranties, support response expectations, service levels, and remedies apply only when written in the relevant agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or obligation that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable under these website terms for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Liability relating to paid services is governed by the applicable agreement. No provision limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud or deliberate misconduct where the law so provides.

Suspension, cancellation, and termination

We may restrict website access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, misuse, or legal compliance. Cancellation or termination of a project or subscription follows its signed agreement and our Refund Policy. Amounts due for completed work, committed resources, and non-cancellable third-party costs remain payable.
