Roles and client instructions
The organization operating the relevant WhatsApp Business account usually determines the purpose of its customer communications. When PS Solutions implements or operates an integration for that organization, we process information according to the applicable agreement and the organization’s authorized instructions. Users should also review that organization’s own privacy notice.
WhatsApp and Meta requirements
Communications must comply with applicable law, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Business Solution Terms, consent and template requirements, and user opt-out choices. Meta independently processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. PS Solutions does not control Meta’s separate processing or platform decisions.
Sharing and subprocessors
Information may pass between Meta, the relevant business, PS Solutions-managed infrastructure, and approved providers needed for hosting, messaging, storage, support, or security. We do not sell message data. We disclose information to authorities or advisers only when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and systems.
Retention and deletion
Integration data is retained only as long as needed for the requested workflow, support, security, contractual commitments, and legal obligations. Retention can vary by product and client configuration. Valid deletion requests are handled subject to verification, legal holds, system backups, and the responsibilities of the business that controls the conversation.
Security
We use reasonable access, infrastructure, credential, and monitoring controls appropriate to the integration. Users should never send passwords, one-time codes, payment card details, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a WhatsApp conversation unless the relevant workflow specifically and lawfully supports it.
Your choices and rights
You may stop WhatsApp marketing messages using the opt-out instruction in the conversation or by asking the relevant business. For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights, contact the business that initiated the conversation or email info@pssolutions.me with the relevant business name and telephone number so the request can be routed.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when an integration, Meta requirement, or applicable law changes. Questions about a PS Solutions-managed Meta integration can be sent to info@pssolutions.me.
