Every online class depended on academic and meeting data staying aligned.

Scheduling at university scale is not just a calendar task. Each session depends on the active semester, course structure, teaching centers, sections, groups, student enrollments, host roles, and Webex authorization. Spreadsheet imports and post-meeting data add further points where a partial failure can affect many sessions.

Spreadsheet imports are validated first, processed in manageable background jobs, and recorded with processing, success, or failure states plus structured error details.

Webex meeting orchestration

The platform validates academic context, prevents duplicate schedules, creates meetings asynchronously, saves related records transactionally, and adds invitees in controlled batches.

Post-meeting synchronization

Meeting instances, participants, and recordings are synchronized and linked back to known students, rooms, courses, and the original academic session.
